The Hilltop building is perfect for those looking for a more private, quiet space to enjoy our oceanfront retreat. With twelve beautifully appointed premium rooms on two levels, the rooms are identical to those in the Main Inn and also offer a private balcony looking over the Main Inn into Penobscot Bay and the outer islands. A mini fridge and coffeemaker are also provided for your convenience.

Located just 100 yards from the Main Inn, the Hilltop building offers additional parking, a quiet setting and beautiful ocean views. Please note there is not an elevator in the Hilltop building.

Premium Ocean View Rooms offer a king bed, two person Jacuzzi, fireplace, two wingback chairs, cable TV, VCR, air conditioning, alarm clock, hairdryer, mini fridge, coffeemaker, two cozy robes and private balcony with a table and two chairs.

The Suites (up to 4 people) offer a king bed, queen pullout sofa bed, two person Jacuzzi, fireplace, cable TV, VCR, air conditioning, alarm clock, hairdryer, mini fridge, coffeemaker, cozy robes and private balcony with a table and two chairs.
