As the sun rises, so does the aroma of our delicious fresh brewed coffee. Our local coffee roaster Carrabassett Coffee of Kingfield, Maine, has quickly become a guest favorite and is a perfect start to your day.

Enjoy a bounty of freshly baked homemade breads, muffins, scones and pastries along with fresh fruits, cereals, cheeses and smoked salmon, all served buffet style in our sunny restaurant. Coffee, tea, fresh fruit juices and milk are available. Each day we prepare a delectable hot entree: pumpkin pancakes with a honey walnut sauce, eggs benedict with pesto hollandaise, or classic Maine blueberry pancakes with Maine blueberry syrup, just a few of our sumptuous offerings. Eggs made to order are always available, and with advance notice we are happy to accommodate special dietary requests. Please let the Front Desk staff know when you are making your lodging reservation.

We serve breakfast in the restaurant between 8:00 and 9:30am (unless otherwise noted or arranged in advance). Coffee and tea are always available earlier for the early birds.
