The Inn at Ocean's Edge is open from May 7, 2010 — October 25, 2010.

All members of a party in a single room must be on the same meal plan.
B&B – Bed & Breakfast Rate – a full gourmet breakfast is included
MAP – Modified American Plan – a full gourmet breakfast and a dinner for two are included in this rate. Savings of 20% based on the value of "Dinner for Two" at The Edge. MAP may be applied to any night of your stay. Rate includes lodging and meal but not tax, beverages or gratuity. The Modified American Plan is not available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting September 14th, 2010 and the rate is automatically quoted as the B&B rate. The Edge is closed on those days until the end of the season.
Every Sunday throughout the season is Pizza Night. The MAP rate on Sunday includes salad, pizza and dessert!
The Inn is a non-smoking property, cannot accommodate pets and is appropriate for children 14 and older. We ask that children under 14 be accompanied by an adult at all times and are mindful of other guests' desire to relax. We require a one night's deposit at time of reservation.
Rates are based upon double occupancy and do not include Maine's 7% lodging tax. Single rollaway beds are available in limited quantities. Standard and Premium rooms may only have three occupants and select Deluxe rooms may have four occupants maximum.
Check In and Check Out
Rooms are available for check in at 3pm. We will make every attempt to honor an early check in when requested ahead of time, but cannot guarantee room availability until 3pm. You are welcome to enjoy the property and store luggage should you arrive early. Check out time is 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Should you find it necessary to cancel for any reason we require 14 days notice. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date and we are unable to rent the room reserved for you, the room charge will be billed to your credit card. There is a $50 bookkeeping fee for any cancellation.
